Meet the farmers

Better Brittle is a Syracuse based confectionery producing peanut and coconut brittles in the West African style.  Our all-natural products are made by hand in small batches using traditional techniques and carefully sourced ingredients including local salt from the Finger Lakes.

The WW Longhorn Ranch is a sustainable, organic, free-range farm owned and operated by June Wood and her four children. We aim to live in harmony with our land, animals; allowing the animals live the way god intended. Offering beef, pork, poultry and eggs. We also provide prepared food made from the farms full circle kitchen.

Iron Hoof Farm is a family farm growing a variety of vegetables. Producing high-quality, safe food while protecting the soil and local ecosystem is our priority.  As part of our farming philosophy, we do not use herbicides or plastic mulch for weed control; we use crop rotation for soil improvement and disease/ pest control; we utilize integrated pest management including monitoring for pests/ diseases, using beneficial insects and row covers to minimize the use of pesticides

Rainforest Spice Co: Our little homestead is away from large commercial farming, for the past 14 years using sustainable practices and nestled in the foothills of the Tug Hill Plateau We produce Raw honey and products from the hives, pure beeswax candles, and propolis.  We also offer our line of fairly traded spices including our Vanilla Extract from Organic, fairly traded Vanilla Beans.

Heartstone Bakery at Alambria Springs Farm is committed to producing quality foods that are in harmony with nature. We grow a multitude of vegetables using sustainable practices, as well as, crafting hand shaped artisan sour dough breads using local flours from Gianforte Farm and Farmer Ground Flour (both from NYS), in our wood-fired masonry oven.

Mountain Grown Farm is a non-certified family farm specializing in heirloom and unique varieties of vegetables selected primarily based on flavor. We strive to provide the freshest, most delicious, and highest quality vegetables for our customers. We grow heirloom tomatoes, garlic, carrots, chard, beets, beans, squash, flowers, and more! We also cultivate mushrooms, raise bees for honeycomb, and are growing wine grapes for wine production in the near future.

Bliss Bakehouse looks forward to bringing our amazing gluten free cookies, layered brownies, cupcakes, New York style bagels, pizza crusts, soft pretzels (and more) to the Fayetteville Farmer's Market!  

Sweet Indulgence is a Syracuse home based bakery.  All items are made from scratch from recipes handed down over several generations.  We offer a wide variety of pastries, cakes, Italian cookies, breads etc.  We also provide home made savory items.  If you are looking for great gluten free items, we carry those as well.  For those of you who have issues with sugar, we have a new line of sugar free items.  We use local products, when available, for our baking and cooking needs

Stone Brothers Farm & Greenhouses is a family run diversified farm, we’ve been in operation for over 40 years. Our greenhouse enables us to grow produce late into the winter as well as an early start for our summer crops. We offer a large variety of vegetables, some perennials as well as annual plants.
